BILL OF SALE & SALES AGREEMENT (If you haven't already, please visit our "new puppy" page)
Congratulations on the purchase of your new companion! Every effort has been made to provide you with a healthy sound puppy/dog. You MUST continue the same course. We encourage a veterinarian visit within 2 working days of purchase. 
In the future, he/she will need:

• Progard 5 or similar combination vaccine according to your veterinarian's advice, until he is four months of age. Yearly thereafter. We use and strongly recommend PROGARD vaccines by INTERVET. Call 800-835-0541 for information and ordering locations. Or visit REVIVAL Animal Health  on the web.

• Rabies vaccination at 6 months, one year and every 3 years thereafter.

• Heartworm test yearly in the spring and prevention year round. We use and recommend Sentinel, when given monthly controls heartworm, MOST (not all) internal parasites, as well as the flea population.

• *Spay/Neuter if pup/dog is sold as a pet. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

• Microchip/Tattoo. We strongly recommend *REQUIRE due to airline requirements for pups that are shipped* microchipping. We provide/insert AVID® microchips for an additional fee of $25.00. (We have a reader to verify both HomeAgain & Avid chip numbers.)

Included with this agreement will be a health/vaccination record. This puppy/dog may be returned within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund (return flight is at Purchasers expense); however after 48 hours, Purchaser assumes all responsibility for health and proper socialization of puppy/dog. Breeder is not responsible for veterinarian charges for puppy/dog after puppy has changed hands, unless otherwise agreed to. A replacement puppy will be offered buyer if written veterinary proof is offered of a genetic condition that renders puppy/dog unsuitable for intended purchase, up until the age of 26 months. Spay/neuter or return of dog to breeder is required.

In the event the dog must be re-homed, the breeder REQUIRES first right of refusal for no more than 50% of original purchase price and the dog must be returned to this kennel at purchaser's expense. If re-homing is mutually decided on, the breeder will assist in all relocation efforts, or notified of such. When a pup/dog is re-homed, the dog's physical whereabouts are to be provided, in writing to the breeder, along with a copy of a signed contract/proof of placement/sale with mutually agreed upon terms.

• *PET Puppy/dog is being sold at a discounted rate with a spay/neuter agreement OR AKC Limited Registration. AKC registration papers will be retained by the breeder until the purchase price is paid in full. Offspring from a dog on limited registration is ineligible for registration by the AKC. Please see our promising puppy contract.

• **SHOW-ABLE A show-able puppy/dog is one who is free of disqualifying faults, which we have evaluated as capable of competing in the breed conformation ring. This does not guarantee a puppy/dog to finish his championship, as conditioning and training are also factors in completing a championship, NOR does it guarantee a dog/bitch the ability to reproduce. The following criteria will be followed prior to breeding:
  
  
• NO DOG/BITCH WILL BE BRED UNLESS THE FOLLOWING HEALTH CERTIFICATIONS ARE MET:

1. Hips are certified by the OFA no later than 26 months of age (after which the buyer relinquishes his right to replacement/refund listed below); 
2. Elbows X-rayed and determined clear of genetic defect, in writing, by mutually agreed upon veterinarian;
3. Animal is determined Cardiac Clear by a Board Certified Cardiologist;
4. Animal is free of Canine Brucellosis

• NO DOG/BITCH WILL BE BRED UNLESS THE FOLLOWING OBLIGATIONS ARE MET:

1. Achieve a European V-Rating, OR Points towards OR finishing his/her AKC or foreign Championship, written proof is provided to breeder
2. AND Achieve an AKC recognized Temperament Test (TT) title and/or BST, ZTp, BH, PPD I+ or Companion Dog (CD) Title unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Copy of Certificate(s) is(are) to be provided to breeder
3. If a female is purchased, owner agrees to breeder input of first breeding and agrees to return one show quality pup at the age of 8 weeks free of charge (breeder will incur all shipping costs associated with pup), or if pup is male, to unlimited stud service, free of charge, up to the age of 5 years to any bitch owned, co-owned or leased by breeder.

If the SHOW-ABLE dog develops a disqualifying fault as described in the AKC BREED STANDARD prior to 26 months of age we will:

• Replace the puppy/dog if it is returned to us (current on all vaccinations and parasite free as evidenced by a vet certificate dated within 5 days of return) OR
• We will REFUND the difference between pet and show price as evidenced by pet contracts from the same litter OR
• Will CREDIT the difference between pet and show price towards the purchase of another puppy/dog.

By signing this contract I agree to abide by it's contents in their entirety. If the terms of this contract are violated, a fee of not less than 1,500.00 plus all court costs will be due the breeder/seller.
